不恰当的操作, 使用电动葫芦或起重机设备会造成潜在的致命危险情况, 若不加以预防, 可能会引起死亡或严重的人身伤害, 造成生命财产损失. 因此, 电动葫芦和起重机设备操作人员应当按以下要求执行:
Improper operations of a hoist or crane system can create a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury, and substantial property damage. To avoid such a potentially hazardous situation, the operator shall:

 

Ø  不要操作已损坏, 有故障, 或工作不正常的电动葫芦或起重设备
Not operate a damaged, malfunctioning or unusually performing hoist and/or crane system.

Ø  操作使用电动葫芦或起重设备前应该阅读并理解制造商提供的操作和维护指南或手册
Not operate a hoist and/or crane system until you have thoroughly read and understand manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions or manuals.

Ø  必须熟知电动葫芦或起重设备的操作控制, 程序和警示信息
Be familiar with operating controls, procedures, and warnings.

Ø  不要操作使用未经设备制造商允许改造过的电动葫芦和起重设备, 或不符合相应的安全标准的电动葫芦和起重设备.
Not operate a hoist and/or crane system that has been modified without the manufacturer’s approval or without certification that it is in conformity with applicable safety standards.

Ø  起吊货物的重量不允许超过额定起重量
Not lift more than rated load for the hoist.

Ø  电动葫芦的钢丝绳出现扭曲, 打结, 损坏, 磨损时, 应停止使用.
Not using hoist with twisted, kinked, damaged, or worn wire rope.

Ø  电动葫芦仅限起吊, 转运货物, 严禁作起吊, 运输人员用
Not use the hoist to lift, support, or transport people.

Ø  起吊时重物禁止从人员上方越过.
Not lift loads over people.

Ø  起吊工作区内严禁站人
Not operate unless all persons are and remain clear of the supported load.

Ø  重物试吊平稳后才可继续操作
Not operate unless load is centered under hoist.

Ø  不允许延长使用起吊钢丝绳或使用损坏后修理过的钢丝绳, 而应换用新钢丝绳
Not attempt to lengthen the load wire rope or repair damaged load wire rope.

Ø  避免起吊钢丝绳受到电焊火花侵蚀或其它可能的损害
Protect the hoist’s load wire rope from weld splatter or other damaging contaminants.

Ø  葫芦吊钩和重物沿起吊方向不在一条直线上时, 不允许起吊.
 Not operate hoist when it is restricted from forming a straight line from hook to support in the direction of loading.

Ø  不允许把起吊用钢丝绳当作缆绳用, 或用起吊钢丝绳当捆绑绳来绑缚重物.
Not use load wire rope as a sling or wrap load wire rope around load.

Ø  吊钩的钩尖和吊钩卡扣部位不允许承受重物的重力
Not apply the load to the tip of the hook or to the hook latch.

Ø  钢丝绳必须在卷筒线槽中固定好, 否则不允许起吊重物
Not apply load unless the wire rope is properly seated in its grooves.

Ø  起吊高程不允许超过钢丝绳行程的最大允许量.
Not operate beyond the limits of the load wire rope travel.

Ø  吊起重物后, 不允许让重物吊挂着无人看守, 除非按规定采取了预防措施.
Not leave load supported by the hoist unattended unless specific precautions have been taken.

Ø  不允许把起吊钢丝绳和吊钩当电焊接地用
Not allow the load wire rope or hook to be used as an electrical or welding ground.

Ø  起吊钢丝绳和吊钩不允许接触到通电的电焊条.
Not allow the load wire rope or hook to be touched by a live welding electrode.

Ø  电动葫芦或起重机上的警示标志应清晰醒目, 不要移除, 遮挡警示标志
Not remove or obscure the warnings on the hoist and crane system.

Ø  电动葫芦必须装配有合适的承重支撑机构, 否则不要操作
Not operate a hoist unless it has been securely attached to a suitable support.

Ø  电动葫芦起吊时,必须采用恰当规格的承重缆绳或其它绑缚工具, 并在吊钩鞍部放好.
Not operate a hoist unless load slings or other approved single attachments are properly sized, and seated in the hook saddle.

Ø  平稳起吊, 注意减少对电动葫芦的震动和冲击.
Not use the hoist in such a way that could result in shock or impact loads being applied to the hoist.

Ø  慢慢收费缆绳, 确保重物受力平衡和起吊过程平稳安全.
Take up slack carefully, make sure load is balanced and load-holding action is secure before continuing.

Ø  起吊用葫芦动作失灵或工作不正常时, 关掉葫芦, 并向相关人员报告.
Shut down a hoist that malfunctions or performs unusually and report such malfunction.

Ø  确保起重葫芦的行程限位开关动作正常可靠
Make sure hoist limit switches function properly.

Ø  起吊或和移动重物前, 警示附近人员.
Warn personnel before lifting or moving a load.

Ø  移动重物时, 警示途经区域附近人员.
Warn personnel of an approaching load.

Ø  起吊和移动重物时, 确保自己有可靠安全的活动路线.
Maintain a firm footing or be otherwise secured when operating the hoist.

Ø  每次起吊前, 应先试吊以验证起吊葫芦的制动性能
Check brake function by tensioning the hoist prior to each lifting operation.

Ø  吊钩必须配有安全卡扣, 用来防止缆绳, 链条或其它缚具松驰滑落
Use hook latches. Latches are to retain slings, chains, etc. under slack conditions only.

Ø  起吊前吊钩卡扣应合紧, 并不能承受重物重力.
Make user the hook latches are closed and not supporting any parts of the load.

Ø  确保重物能自由移动并且周围的障碍物不会防碍重物的移动.
Make sure the load is free to move and will clear all obstructions.

Ø  保持重物或吊钩平稳, 避免旋转, 摇摆.
Avoid swing the load or hook.

Ø  确保吊钩和小车的移动动作与操作控制器的指令一致.
 Make sure hook and trolley travel is in the same direction as shown on controls.

Ø  定期检查葫芦和起重机, 更换损坏,磨损部件, 并保留适当的维护记录
Inspect the hoist and crane system regularly, replace damaged or worn parts, and keep appropriate records of maintenance.

Ø  维护检修时, 应采用制造商推荐的零部件.
Use the hoist manufacturer’s recommended parts when repairing the unit.

Ø  按制造商建议润滑钢丝绳并保持
Lubricate load wire rope per hoist manufacturer’s recommendations.

Ø  不允许利用起重葫芦的极限载荷或载荷警示设备来测量所吊货物的重量
Not use the hoist load limiting or warning devices to measure load.

Ø  不要用行程限位开关来代替停止动作指令, 它们仅作为紧急情况下的保护装置.
Not use limit switches as routine operating stops. They are emergency devices only.

Ø  操作葫芦和起重机时, 不要分散注意力.
Not allow your attention to be diverted from operating the hoist and/or crane system.

Ø  起重葫芦和起重机的调整维修人员必须具有相应的资质
Not adjust or repair the hoist and crane system unless qualified to perform such adjustments or repairs.

Ø  起重葫芦应有足够的运动空间, 不允许与其它葫芦, 结构件, 物体紧密接触并受力.
Not allow the hoist to be subjected to sharp contact with other hoists, structures, or objects through misuse.
